Dispatcher
Sergeants Towing is looking for a part-time dispatcher to work with us in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Requirements
- Answering phone calls and obtaining the necessary information to efficiently dispatch our equipment to the scene.
- Communicate with drivers, checking in throughout pickup, transit, and delivery
- Handling customer phone calls regarding questions, payment, vehicle releasing/information. etc.
- Entering call and billing information into our online dispatching system, as well as effectively dispatching calls to drivers.
- Releasing vehicles to customers from our impound facility.
- Tracking our equipment and drivers using our online tracking system.
- communicate with drivers
- Handling paperwork, data entry, and billing as necessary, filling and maintaining records in order.
- Billing, Account receivables & basic general accounting duties.
- May ask to work remotely on certain days.
We offer multiple flexible schedules, in multiple cities, with competitive wages.
