Mechanic / Mobile Road Service Tech
Sergeants Towing is looking for a Mechanic / Mobile Road Service Tech to maintain our own fleet of trucks and equipment. This is a fast-paced work environment. This position requires the tech to be mobile and able to drive a full service truck, consisting of repairing and providing roadside assistance.
Must have a Class C and CDL is a PLUS, this job will require you to do mobile road calls, jump starts, tire changes. Must be a hard worker, quick learner, work well with others and have a good attitude. You will also be required to have your own hand tools and tool box, and must be at least 25 years or older.
Things we perform at the shop
- Repairs and maintains to Tow Trucks and Towing equipment.
- Diagnostics and light electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Road Service Calls (Mobile/On-site Truck & Trailer Repairs).
- Test drive repaired equipment & vehicles.
- Oils and greases vehicles, changes filters.
- Repair our own fleet vehicle inventory.
- Maintain a clean shop & yard clean.
